Parasieten zijn mooi! Dus waarom zou je ze niet dragen? :)
Parasites are beautiful! So why not wear them? :)
Als parasitoloog, had ik het gevoel dat de wereld van de parasitologie iets miste. Parasieten kunnen zo mooi zijn, dus waarom kon ik geen toffe oorbellen vinden gebaseerd op mijn favoriete worm?
De enige oplossing was om ze zelf te beginnen maken!
Ik heb momenteel een kleine collectie die je kan bestellen, maar als je een andere parasiet wil, kan ik die altijd proberen maken! Er is geen koopverplichting als je dit vraagt, want dit geeft mij de kans om iets nieuw te proberen waar ik misschien nog niet aan gedacht had.
Elk stuk is handgemaakt na bestelling dus ze kunnen lichtjes variëren.
Je kan natuurlijk ook altijd naar het atelier komen en je eigen parasieten maken tijdens een workshop :)

Why parasite earrings and pendants?
As a parasitologist, I felt something was missing. Parasites can be so beautiful, so why couldn't I find a nice pair of earrings or other jewellery, based on my favourite worm?
The only solution was to start making them myself!
I have a small collection that you can order, but if you would like another parasite, I can always try to make it! No obligation to purchase after asking, because this gives me the chance to try some new parasites I might not have thought off :)
Every piece is handmade after order so they can vary.
You could also come to the atelier and make your own parasites during a workshop :)
